Postage will be charged at minimum possible but goods over £20 will be sent recorded delivery at a cost of approx £3.95. If delivery fails, postage will still be charged.

Refunds

We will refund items returned to the shop within 14 days of purchase provided they are clean, unworn and include original tickets. It is the responsibility of the customer to return goods and pay the postage. For items over £20, we recommend recorded delivery. Sorry, but we can’t refund postage costs.

If goods are received back by us between 14- 28 days of purchase a re-stocking/handling fee equivalent to 30% of the purchase price will be retained. No refunds after 28 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
